The Roule Mountain
AN EXCEPTIONAL VIEW OF THE BAY OF CHERBOURG
This rocky headland is 117 meters high, dominates Cherbourg and offers an exceptional panoramic view over the town of Cherbourg-en-Cotentin and its bay. You can also visit the museum of the liberation, which is laid out in an old second empire fort that was occupied by the German army during the second world war and liberated on the 25th of June by the allies.
