COUR SARRASINE RESTAURANT, AN EXOTIC NORMAN GOURMET CREPERIE
Practically at the tip of the Manche department, in Valognes, in a very beautiful 18th century town house, the Cour Sarrasine Norman creperie offers a warm and cosy setting to taste fresh organic products.
The team at Cour Sarrasine is committed to offering fresh organic products produced locally. For example, the thick cream, soft cheese and salted butter used in pancakes are produced by the local Bethany farm. The galettes are made with stone ground organic flour, and everything is freshly made, so that you can patiently enjoy the combination of ingredients. Book in advance if you wish to enjoy this calm and exceptional setting, because the creperie is particularly keen to preserve the tranquility of the gourmands who come here.
Whether you eat in the main room at one of the small tables, or in the inner courtyard bathed in light, come and rediscover the flavours of a traditional or exotic Norman galette. (Japanese, Vietnamese or Thai, for example).
From Tuesday to Saturday 12pm - 2pm and 7pm - 9pm.
