A festival at the rhythm of the sea, nature and world music

On the occasion of the 25th edition of the offshore music festival in Saint-Vaast-la-Hougue and on Tatihou Island, come and attend more than 10 days of concerts and animations. Experience a unique musical event on the East Coast of Cotentin. Come to concerts of music of the world ashore, in the Val de Saire, or by joining the Tatihou Island on foot with the tides.

A unique music festival, meeting the traditional music of the world and Normandy

You will be able to attend numerous concerts on the island, ashore in Saint-Vaast-La-Hougue or in many surrounding towns of Val de Saire. So, how to attend? At tide, the public joined Tatihou Island on foot following a path in the middle of oyster beds. After a short walk of 1.5 km, about 20 minutes walk, with family or friends, you will join the artists waiting for you to share with you musical emotions in an exceptional setting. The return will take place at a rising tide under the watchful eyes of the festival team. So plan on shoes adapted to the course, cap, sunscreen, wool … and a towel to attend concerts dry feet!

An exceptional protected natural site in the Cotentin

Let yourself be surprised by the exceptional setting of Tatihou Island in the Cotentin. It is a place where historical heritage and preserved natural environments blend. The site contains a major ornithological site, three thematic gardens, an eighteenth century lazaretto and a maritime museum. During your visit, discover its lush vegetation specific to coastal marine and natural environments. Come and admire the Vauban Towers, built by Vauban and listed as World Heritage by UNESCO since 2002.

Tatihou Festival of Traverses programming

This is an opportunity to discover a program featuring world music, committed women (Julie Fowlis, Rocio Marquez, Lemma), Celtic music, musical traditions of the Algerian Sahara, a presence dedicated to regional groups ..
